Fat Genie is intended to work for people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom, high contrast and reduced motion.
Our approach
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across public and account journeys and treat accessibility as an ongoing service requirement, not a one-off certification claim.
What we test
We test semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard navigation, visible focus, colour contrast, text resizing and reflow, touch targets, reduced-motion preferences and error messages that do not rely on colour alone.
Known limits
Some third-party services, generated documents or older authenticated screens may not yet meet the same standard. Where we know of a material barrier, we will prioritise a practical alternative or fix.
