Complaints

If the complaint is about a particular Fat Genie service, we may ask that service to investigate it because it holds the relevant account or case information. We will not require you to repeat information unnecessarily.
Where a consumer complaint reaches deadlock, we will give you any information about alternative dispute resolution that the law requires at that time. We do not claim membership of, or a duty to use, a particular ADR scheme unless the relevant service expressly says so.
